Teledirect Telecommerce appoints Jeffrey Manuel as Business
Director for their new consulting arm, Teledirect Consulting
October 12, 2007, Kuala Lumpur - Teledirect Telecommerce Sdn Bhd
(Teledirect), a regional outsource contact centre, has recently appointed
Jeffrey Manuel as Business Director for their newly established consulting arm
Teledirect Consulting.
Jeffrey is responsible for spearheading the new consulting
division with the aim to achieve its vision of being a total solutions provider
to financial institutions looking to increase revenue generation. This includes
providing winning strategies and execution of activities for clients in the
financial industry to achieve their targeted cross sell and new acquisition
goals.
Jeffrey brings with him 15 years of sales experience; having held senior
managerial positions in the financial and FMCG industries.
Prior to joining Teledirect Consulting, Jeffrey was the Vice President, Head of
Liabilities and Insurance of Citibank Malaysia and was responsible for the
manufacturing, commercialisation, distribution and profitability of deposits
and insurance products. He was the sole recipient in Malaysia of the Asia CEO
Award 2006 for his achievements in various areas namely, for increasing the
growth and profitability of the business during his tenure.
In 2002, Jeffrey was attached to RS Components Pte Ltd, a UK
based FTSE 100 company, where he was responsible for increasing sales within
South East Asia.
Jeffrey holds an MBA from Charles Sturt University, Australia
and a CIM (UK) Post Graduate Diploma with Distinction in International
Marketing and Planning and Control.
